DIMOTRANS GROUP, the data controller, is therefore processing personal data about you in order to manage its ethics alert system. The purposes, recipients and retention periods for this processing are defined in the data protection policy.
The data collected is essential for this processing and the investigation of reports may be handled by a duly authorised third party, in compliance with confidentiality and personal data regulations.
Pursuant to the legislation in force, you have the right to access, rectify or delete factually inaccurate information, the accuracy of which can be verified by the data controller on the basis of documentary evidence, without the data originally collected, even if incorrect, being deleted or replaced, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to have your data ported and the right to specify what is to happen to your data after your death, which may be exercised by sending an e-mail to dpo@dimotrans-group.com or by post to the attention of the Data Protection Officer at the registered office address. In order to ensure that your requests are processed securely, you are asked to state your name, address and telephone number where you can be contacted during office hours, and to enclose a copy of both sides of your identity card or passport.

Your report is a serious undertaking and may have implications for the persons concerned.

- Does the report describe a harmful situation?
- Is the situation described sufficiently serious?
- Does the report include any documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
- Is the report made in good faith?
